​Our Core Leadership Team currently comprises David as Senior Leader with Mark Firmin in an assisting role. David and Mark are also supported by their wives Rachel and Amanda. Additionally the team receive guidance and support from representatives of Plumbline Ministries on church matters of strategic importance.

​David was appointed Pastor and Senior Leader at Capel Community Church in 2012. Rachel joined him on the Core Leadership Team in January 2013. 

Mark and Amanda Firmin

Prior to joining CCC in 2009 Mark and Amanda pioneered a small church plant in Ipswich building on the experience gained over many years in ministry and leadership. Both are trained teachers and currently work in education.
